Overview:
We have outstanding knowledge of bankruptcy law and its process in the commercial court. We are able to represent both creditors and debtors in all aspects of the bankruptcy process. We assist clients in filing a bankruptcy petition for the debtor at the Commercial Court. On the creditor’s side, we assist them in filing their debt claim with the receiver. We also help clients in various bankruptcy affairs like verification meetings, postponement of debt payment obligation (PKPU), bankruptcy voting process, and other bankruptcy affairs.
