Eko’s primary legal expertise are bankruptcy, restructuring, industrial relations, real estate, general corporate, arbitration and dispute resolution. In commercial court, he represents clients for bankruptcy and restructuring issues. He advises extensively on labor/employment, real estate, and broad spectrum of general corporate matters. He also represents client in court for various types of civil disputes.
Eko is known for solving most the civil and commercial disputes through Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR). He believed that ADR offers faster resolution, lower cost, more flexibility and more privacy for the disputing parties.
