We also believed that disputes could be solved by Alternative dispute Resolution (ADR) methods like arbitration and mediation. We represent clients in the Badan Arbitrase Nasional Indonesia (BANI Arbitration Center) for dispute resolution using arbitration methods. We can also assist clients in solving civil and commercial disputes through the Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) method. Arbitration and Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) might offer faster resolution, lower cost, more flexibility, and more privacy for the disputing parties.
